These loans are offered for terms up to 15 years. The amount Pyramid will finance on a Home Equity Loan is determined by the appraised value of the home less any balances due. This gives us the loan-to-value or LTV ratio. Pyramid will loan members an amount up to 90%LTV on a Home Equity Loan. Short-Term Home Equity Loans with financing to 100%LTV For short term needs, Pyramid members can also borrow up to 100% of appraised property value for a term of up to six years. Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) A more flexible way to tap into your home's equity is with a Home Equity Line of Credit or HELOC.
