Whether youre at work, school or home, you can access all of your Pyramid accounts and get all of your banking transactions completed right over the phone. Make payments, inquiries, order checks, transfer money, request a check withdrawal, even apply for a loan with Phone Teller.
Members can access their Pyramid accounts from any touch-tone phone by calling anytime day or night.
Members outside of Tucson can call toll-free at 1.800.947.9726.
How to sign up for Phone Teller:
Call the Phone Teller line and enter their Pyramid Account Number (all numbers BEFORE the dash) and their Social Security Number. Members wanting to increase security and restrict access to their account over the phone can call us at 520-795-7950 to set up a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
What can a member do on Phone Teller?
Members can withdraw (a check will be generated the next business day and mailed to the address on record) or transfer funds from suffix to suffix within their account. Members can also request an advance from a revolving loan or home equity line of credit. You must first transfer the amount to a share or share draft account, and then request a withdrawal. All completed transactions will be noted by a confirmation message. If you do not receive a confirmation, the transaction was not successful.
Phone Teller cannot process transactions in an IRA or make payments to a Pyramid Visa Credit Card.

Phone Teller transactions are limited by Reg D, which allows only six (6) automated withdrawals per month.
