The default view is the last 30 days of account activity. Using the ‘History’ tab, you can select any time period to view account activity for the last two years .
Can I transfer funds from my account to my spouse’s account?
Yes. You should be able to transfer funds between all accounts on which you are a joint owner. You must first set up a "Cross Account Password" for each account. This password cannot be the same as your e*Teller logon password.
To set up a Cross Account Password, select "Edit Passwords" on the menu bar on the left of the screen. Select "Cross Account Password." Leave the "CURRENT PASSWORD" field empty and enter your desired password. Be sure to follow the guidelines for password length and character requirements. Then, repeat the process for each of the other accounts you require online access to. (If the Cross Account Password is not an option in the Edit Passwords menu, the account has not been enabled for cross account activity - refer to Pyramid staff for assistance.)
Once the passwords are created, select the appropriate action from the left menu bar - Transfer to Other Account or Loan Pmt to Other Account. Enter the account number (all numbers BEFORE the dash) and the Cross Account Password for the account you want to make a transfer and/or loan payment to. Complete your transaction.
Is there a way to authorize someone else to use my account? How?
No. The only way that someone else can access your account is if you give them your account number and password. However, this would allow that person to access your account whenever they wanted to and let them do whatever they wanted to. We suggest that you do not share your account number or password with anyone.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your e*Teller and/or Cross Account password, contact Pyramid at 520-795-7950 or 1-800-947-9726 and we will reset your password.
