Pyramid Credit Union was founded in 1925 by Tucson Post Office employees and their family members. Today, Pyramid has expanded to serve a diverse membership base. In addition to our proud tradition serving the financial needs of postal employees, retirees and their families, Pyramid also serves individuals in the Tucson community who live, work or worship in the following postal zip code areas: 85614, 85629, 85641, 85704, 85705, 85710, 85711, 85712, 85715, 85716, 85718, 85719, 85730, 85747, 85748, 85749, and 85750. Members may also invite any relatives, friends or associates to join our credit union.

New Accounts and the USA Patriot Act

On September 11, 2001, America was changed forever. In an effort to help protect our country, the USA Patriot Act was signed into law. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see and copy your driver's license or other identifying documents.
