Dear member,

The board of directors met at their regularly scheduled meeting August 26, 2009 and determined that it was in the best interest of pyramid credit union and its members to convert to a federal credit union. We have received preliminary approval from the national credit union administration for this conversion to a Federal Credit Union. With that preliminary approval given, it is now time to call for a special meeting of the members in order to allow them to vote on the conversion.

In order to complete the conversion, Arizona state statutes 6-588.A.1 require the following: "By an affirmative majority vote of all members voting in a meeting called for that purpose or by written ballot filed within 15 days, may resolve to convert the credit union into a federal credit union."

Accordingly, the board of directors has determined that members may vote in person at any of our branches on February 16^th through February 22nd and at the speedway branch meeting location listed above on the evening of February 22, 2009.
